Are your experts contracted?

How much does it cost?
Every account is different, but we typically charge by the number of dwellings in a community. The range usually falls between $4 - $8 per dwelling per month.
Will my techs have to schedule their call in advance?
They won't have to, but if they have a time scheduled with the tenant it's best to schedule with us as well. The appointment time can always be adjusted.
How long will it take to get my quote?
If it's a quote for just 1 community you should have it back within a few minutes. If it's for multiple communities it may take longer, but it will be within 24 hours of the request.
How long does it take to get set up and using the service?
